Campaign for the collection of information on Competence centres for digitisation

Advisory centres and associated practical competence in different areas of digitisation exist in a number of Member States and these are often producers of guidelines. However, such sources of expertise are highly specialised but fragmented, and in most cases the result of bottom-up, hands on experience gained by the institutions themselves and specific to particular sectors or source material types.
